CSE/PLC at Work Institute Some of CSE staff attended the PLC at Work Institute in St. Charles, MO. During this three day conference, they heard dynamic keynote speakers and networked with other school districts on successfully continuing the implementation of the PLC process where they will assist in transforming our school into a place where ALL students learn at high levels. CSE/Fun Day Another year in the book! What a year! I am so very proud of the growth our students made this past school year! I want to commend students and staff for their efforts! “I’m going to embrace everything we have accomplished. I’m going to be proud of our story, and celebrate the simple, small steps that WILL amount to amazing things!” (James Polynice) I want to send out a HUGE thank you to parents and community members for their donations of food, funds, cooking, grill, and time to help make fun day GREAT!…And thanks to Tracey Allen for ensuring we were able to secure the bouncy house and water slides. In addition, the kiddos played with water balloons, water blasters, and the water bucket game! CSE thanks Lt. Carr, Officer Hopkins, Reverend Moses Black, Shayla Gibson, Joe Coleman, Pastor Archie Thomas, Coach Mitchell, Pastor Greg Baker, Sr. and Bobby Moreria! Arkansas school districts are Constitutionally required to post their current millage rate on the annual school election ballot each year, and voters can vote “For Tax” or “Against Tax”.  If the District is not trying to change the millage, the vote is immaterial.  If it passes it stays the same, and if it fails it remains the same as it was.  If a district’s millage does not change, an increase or decrease in your property assessment value is the only thing that would affect the property taxes you owe. #brickbybrick
