Osceola School District Staff Completes PCM Recertification! The Osceola School District team recently participated in their annual Professional Crisis Management (PCM) Recertification class, a vital 7-hour training required to maintain their certification in good standing. This comprehensive course included: Physical Procedures Practice: Refreshing essential techniques to effectively manage crises. Focus on Key Strategies: Prevention: Proactive steps to avoid crises. De-escalation: Techniques to manage heightened situations calmly. Post-Crisis Recovery: Ensuring a safe and supportive return to normalcy. To complete the class, participants demonstrated their expertise through rigorous written and practical tests.
