Records to Be Destroyed - Osceola School District
State and Federal Guidelines require notice be given to parents and/or adult students prior to the destruction of special education due process forms and records.
If your child was enrolled in special education, speech, physical, and/or occupational therapy in the Osceola School District during the 2018-2019 school year, their records will be destroyed after August 30, 2024.
You have the right to pick up your child’s due process records before the designated destruction date. If your child is eighteen years old or older, they may pick up their own records.

August 20 - 23 | 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
August 27 - 30 | 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Note: These are not your child’s permanent school records but only special education due process forms and records for students no longer enrolled in special education, speech, occupational, and/or physical therapy.
